It is good to make products that last a long time. In a world that is changing at an alarming rate sometimes quality is sacrificed. We do not get the time to use a product properly before the next model is on the market. This is then compounded when we realise that we want the product to degrade naturally when we get rid of it to help preserve our environment, but this is not often the case.

Politicians are too quick to look for the superficial answer. And we want things that we can control, thinking that we can; howeve, nature cannot and will not be controlled, but it would be helpful to understand her a bit more.
